I had ordered this battery for my dad who was traveling to the east coast. The airline required a spare battery along with the portable oxygen concentrator and would not let him travel without a spare battery. I ordered the battery about 8 days before his travel date and as soon as I ordered it I emailed their customer service department asking them to expedite the shipping so that the battery would arrive on time. I offered to pay for expedited shipping. Their customer service agent (I think his name was Mark) assured me that the battery was shipped out the same day and would definitely arrive before my dad's departure date. I also called them a few times to make sure that the order was processed asap. The battery had not arrived and it was day before the trip. My dad who is 73 was super anxious and stressed. I called their customer service again at about 5 PM the day before his trip and was again assured that the battery is on its way and will be delivered before end of day (I was told that the couriers ship until late evening). I had already sent them several emails asking for the carrier and a tracking number which I never got. My dad's trip was at 11 AM. I called them again at about 7 AM (PST) as their office is on the east coast. Mark answered, I was furious at this time but I kept calm and I asked him whether the battery was going to be delivered in next couple of hours. It was at this time he told us that the battery was never picked up by UPS and wont be delivered until a couple of days later. Without this battery my dad could not travel and we had to reschedule his trip for which we paid $200 dollars. This is not where it ends though. The battery was never delivered because for some reason the shipper mailed it to an incorrect address. It took them about 5 days to process the refund on my card.
Absolutely pathetic service. I shop on amazon a lot but have never come across such unprofessional seller. I DO NOT recommend this seller and would never ever do business with them.
