It arrived a couple of days ahead of a shoot, first thing first, open and determine how long it's going to take to setup. After the unboxing, setup took approx 3-5 mins, now folding it back into its bag takes some getting use to and watching the Lastolite demo video on how to collapse it. It took a few attempts to get it collapsed for the first time, so I did it a few more times and found a 'method' to get it collapsed in a reasonable amount of time.

On the day of the shoot, setup went easily and setting up an Elinchrom d-lite 4 light to fill the Hi-Lite and an sb900 as my main light with a shoot-thru umbrella. Overall setup took approx 15 mins, once setup, headshots and 3/4 shots went quickly rotating models through with little adjustment to the main light.

My next experiment will be using full cto to see how the Hi-Lite disperses the color.
