The visual quality is quite compelling for its price! The camera is light and easy to maneuver physically. The down sides:1. the camera looks cheap. Sweet...but plastic-looking...like a bit of a toy up close. [but i guess you get what you pay for]
2. the tripod isn't worth jack! This is a crap piece of "equipment" if it can be called that. Ok if you just plan on mounting the camera on the tripod and locking its position. Good luck if you need to pan or tilt!
3. I couldn't believe this camera didn't have an xlr audio input. I never bothered to check (my fault).
