Garmin Edge is great when works. Ocassionally I have to reset menus as they inadvertently change what data is displayed. Provides numerous options for data and great indepth information on my rides. However their software provided to load on your computer is not as extensive as their Garmin Connect cloud data storage which is another story. I have had problems connecting, finding my data and loading new rides into my data bank. I have not bee able to load data for the last two days. Garmin customer service is pitiful. I tried to call today but was told 35 minute wait. Email for the problem said I could expect a response within three days. I am glad I am not a pro depending on this data to train. Why can't they just provide me with this software that I can load on my own computer!
