This was my second Zuca product and it is a wonderful bag! My husband and I went to Las Vegas from Virginia, on our two small flights the bag with its cover were checked at the gate as almost every bag was to big. (2 seats on one side 1 on the other) The cover kept it in perfect condition. I placed the bag for toiletries on the outside and was easily able to retrieve it. I used the Zuca pouch for my blanket and pillow, it was held securely and did not fall or slide off, perfect. In the third plane, the Zuca flier fit in the overhead compartment easily. Although I do love the 360 wheels on other bags, the Zuca is easy to roll and you can sit on it is the lines are long. Zuca also has GREAT customer service through its website, when I had a problem with the wrong inserts being sent, Julie with Zuca fixed the problem quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend this suitcase, I LOVE IT!
