Even though when I bought the Nikon Coolpix A I knew their was no viewfinder I thought i could live without it. I couldn't. Especially because I really love the camera now and use it 90% of the time for my street shooting. I found myself wishing for a viewfinder so I purchased this and it works great. Just what I needed to be able to hold the camera up to my eye the way it is supposed to be used! It just like an optical viewfinder is supposed to. It provides framing reference for the shot. If I need exact i can just use the LCD on the camera back.
